Furniture Package Service

Are you a landlord who wants to maximise the potential of attracting more tenants? Do you have a studio flat but still want to sneak in a reading corner? Do you want to bring the magazine-look-style to your home and impress your guests? If you need professional eye and opinions for furnishing, this service is ideal for you and is available to anyone no matter where you live. 

Q. What is included in the Furniture Package? 

 

The initial consultation at your home (or on Skype if outside of London) is FREE. After that the furniture selection process will begin which includes:​

  • Design scheme board for each room.

  • Furniture layout plan for each room. 

  • A list of furniture with details (dimensions, materials, estimated price and estimated lead time).

  • A consultation to go through and finalise all the items chosen. 

  • Up to two revisions are included. After that additional charges may apply at an hourly rate of £45/hr.

 

Q. Once I’m happy with the furniture selection, what happens?

  • You will receive “Shopping List” with full details of all items. 

  • You can purchase items by yourselves using the Shopping List.

  • or Atta Interior can order and organise the delivery with the handling fee of 15% for each item. Any trade discount (if applicable) will be passed on to you. 

  • Optional furniture assembly. Fee starts from £35/item. Please ask for more details.

  • Optional photo shoot. (Free of charge) You can opt in or opt out. If you opted in and are happy to be featured on our website, we will carefully choose accessories that works well with your home and you will have the opportunity to purchase the items that were used during photo shoot.

 

Q. How much does it cost?

Flat fee of £319 per room. Additional revisions/correspondence will be charged at an hourly rate of £45/hr.

Full Interior Design Services

On top of Furniture Package Service, we can provide a full range of interior design services. These include but not limited to:

Bedroom

Layout Advice – Have you got an awkward space that you can’t figure out what to do with?  We can take measurements and draw floor plans to help you visualise better use of the space. 

 

Paint Selection – Working with your existing decor or coming up with a new scheme to start from scratch. We can help you with selecting paint colours that works for your home.

 

Finishes Selection – Have you got an idea of what you want but don’t know where to start?  If you’ve done your research and brought home samples of everything but need someone to bounce idea of, then we can help!  This can include but is not limited to flooring, wall covering, soft furnishing, fitted joinery, kitchen & bathroom.  If we feel that there is something better out there than what you have found, we can give you ideas about where to look, or we could schedule an appointment to meet and select together.

 

3D Modelling – Struggling to visualise the layout on the plan or want to see your new space in 3D? We can produce a 3D model of your space and give you better understanding of your project before it’s built.

 

Accessories – Icing on the cake always makes a big difference. Artworks, accessories and collection of ornament can add character and a personal touch to your home.
